As a Realtor and investor myself, I know the challenges and frustrations of real estate investing first hand. I want to make it easier for you.

I wanted to build wealth for my family and create quality affordable housing that families that need it most do not typically have access to. I got active in real estate and became a realtor, but I needed better tools to analyze opportunities. The amount of information out there was vast, but it wasn’t organized and there wasn’t a single source to clearly explain the fundamentals. I knew to be successful in real estate I needed to understand financial analysis, but it can feel so complex and out of reach. Still, I couldn’t ignore it if I wanted to be successful as a real estate investor. Also there was a lot at stake; I didn’t want to pass up opportunities but also needed to reduce my and my family’s risk. Through research, network, and real estate mentors I discovered the key concepts that I would need to analyze deals. I built plans and tools to make quick decisive decisions about real estate opportunities. It transformed how I approach real estate and changed how I looked at financial analysis for real estate. It wasn’t a foreign thing any more. Now I have dozens of checklists, spreadsheets, to help me simply gather data and calculate data that I may have overlooked before. I knew how to have an advantage even if I was selling in a buyer’s market or buying in a seller’s market. I know what I am looking for and how to make it work for my goals. I have to share what I’ve learned, because the need for housing is so great. I believe individual private real estate investors can be part of the solution.
